My name is Rob McNeely. In May 1992, I received an Associates Degree in History & Political Science from Western Nevada Community College. Between May 1992 & May 1995, I attended Truckee Meadows Community College and University of Nevada, Reno, where I accumulated transferable units in History, Political Science, & Paralegal Studies. In May 1995, I became the first graduate of the Paralegal Program at Western Nevada Community College. From April 1996 to the present, I have been the owner/operator of Bookworm Research Services.

 

As part of the Paralegal Program, I finished a ten-month internship with the Nevada Attorney General's Office. During my internship, I completed research from Senior Deputy Attorney General Harry Swainston on the proposed Nuclear Waste Dump at Yucca Mountain, Nevada. I completed research for Deputy Attorney General Francis Doherty on domestic violence and assisted with hearing preparation for the Nevada Commission on Ethics. As part of my History degree, I completed an independent study course on the America's Cup races. In this course, I researched and wrote several book reviews about the America's Cup. As part of my responsbilities with Bookworm, I have performed over 800 criminal records searches for Pinkerton Information Services since 1997. I have also researched and archived information on aviation history, both commerical airline and military; comparative political systems, and governmental organization and structure; and current events. I have specialized in military history, military organization, & equipment from 1988 to the present.

 

I have been a Notary Public in the State Of Nevada since April 1996. Since 1997, I have completed over 14000 mortgage signings for Ticor Title of Nevada, Bancserv Notary Service, Central Signing Service, ServiceLink, ASAP Signings, WFG Lender Services, Old Republic Title, SnapDocs and Ocean Pacific Notary Services. I have also completed numerous signings of legal documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Homestead Declarations, & Quitclaim Deeds. I am available to notarize legal documents in the Carson City, Dayton, Gardnerville, & Minden area.
